What do you want to accomplish this week? It’s a new week, and a new opportunity to check your attitude and work at returning to mindfulness. Your exercise tolerance can be increased and eating healthy clean meals will be an asset. No more empty carbs and starchy, sugary sweets. Determine its nutritional value before you consume it. It is all within your grasp if you start small and slowly increase. By the end of the week have a look back at what you have accomplished.
