Remember that, in spite of our chronic illness, we need to perform self-care. Meeting your basic needs everyday is not enough. Go beyond your chronic illness to have a spa day, a salt cave day or just go for a walk alone. Take time to read and create down time. Finding time to meditate will allow you a to have greater control over your mind and the things it tells you. This is your life and the way you live from day-to-day matters.
